Effective date: July 12, 2026. ClaimPrep Ontario ("we", "us") provides document preparation and procedural guidance services for self-represented litigants in Ontario's Small Claims Court. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect: We collect the information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your legal matter when you contact us or use our services.

How we use it: We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide document preparation and case support services, communicate with you about your file, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Confidentiality: Information about your case is kept confidential and is shared only with your consent or as required by law. Please note that we are not a law firm, and communications with us are not protected by solicitor-client privilege.

Retention and security: We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
