Are you the Landlord and Tenant Board?
No. We are a private, independent document-preparation service with no connection to the Board. For the Board itself, visit tribunalsontario.ca/ltb.
Do you give legal advice or represent me at the hearing?
No — we prepare documents at your direction. If you want advice on your case or someone to speak for you at the Board, a licensed paralegal or lawyer is the right call. Many of our clients handle their own hearing and simply want their documents done properly.
Do you work with tenants or landlords?
Both. The service is the same on either side: your documents, prepared to standard.
